HVLS (High Volume Low Speed) ceiling fans designed and made in Italy, equipped with maintenance-free EC (brushless) Direct Drive motors. These motors eliminate the need for a gearbox, reducing noise and failure points.
Inspired by aircraft wings and made of extruded aluminum, its 5 aerofoil profile blades reduce resistance and allow greater angulation, eliminating the need for a large number of blades. This provides increased air flow at lower revs, resulting in considerable energy savings.
Thanks to these characteristics, the SUPER BLADE line achieves high performance, low consumption and a silent operation.
USE IN HOT ENVIRONMENTS
High temperatures and high levels of relative humidity limit environmental comfort and in some cases even affect the productivity of the occupants. Under normal conditions, the human body feels the need to release heat from ambient temperatures above 23 ° C.
SUPERBLADE helps to ventilate and homogenize large spaces, offering the necessary comfort in environments such as warehouses, manufacturing plants, event spaces, etc.
USE IN COLD ENVIRONMENTS
Hot air, being less dense than cold air, is concentrated near the ceiling, giving rise to a phenomenon known as “stratification”.
Using HVLS fans allows hot air to be pushed down by mixing it with cold air (“de-stratification”). The use of SUPERBLADE in cold environments guarantees a suitable and homogenized environment, generating significant energy savings.
CONTROLS:
ANALOGIC CONTROL UNIT (POT): Potentiometer that allows adjusting the speed of the SUPERBLADE.
DIGITAL CONTROL VORT T: Digital unit that allows the control of up to 20 SUPERBLADE in manual or automatic mode, depending on the temperature measured by the integrated sensor or the wind speed measured by the anemometer.
