Today, VORTICE is a multinational Group that operates through its own subsidiaries or through local distributors in more than 90 countries around the world, in the residential, commercial and industrial ventilation and air treatment sectors in general.
Around 300 people work in the Group’s different companies, which operate on three continents: Europe, Asia, Central America and South America.
VORTICE SpA’s historic headquarters are in Tribiano, Milan, where approximately 160 people work: subsidiaries include VORTICE UK Ltd (opened in 1977 and based in Burton on Trent) and the Loran subsidiaries (acquired in 2010 and with headquarters in Isola della Scala, near Verona), where the Group concentrates its know-how in the field of industrial air treatment.
VORTICE Ventilation System is based in Changzhou, China: it was created in 2012 to design, manufacture and market products specific to the Chinese market.
VORTICE Latam is based in San José, Costa Rica: it was created in 2012 as a commercial company in charge of overseeing the growth of the South American market and, in particular, Latin America.
VORTICE SpA announces the acquisition of the historic Spanish brand CASALS, acquiring 100% of the share capital of VENTILACIÓN INDUSTRIAL IND. SL (Sant Joan de les Abadesses, Girona, Catalonia, Spain), a company that operates in the industrial ventilation systems sector.
In addition, VORTICE maintains a global presence through more than 100 business partners that make up a penetrating and professional network.
